 (Albany, NY) – The New York Credit Union Foundation, the charitable arm of the Credit Union Association of New York, re-elected its current slate of officers for 2011 at its recent annual meeting.

 Re-elected as chair of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees is Vicki O’Neill, president of ACMG FCU.  Bruno Sementilli, president/CEO of Quorum FCU and Brian Clarke, CFO of Bethpage FCU were elected vice chair and secretary/treasurer, respectively.

 During the meeting the trustees also thanked outgoing board member Michael Lotz, CEO, British Airways EFCU, for his years of service to the Foundation’s board of trustees. 

 “Michael has supported the Foundation personally and professionally for over 12 years,” said the organization’s Chairperson Vicki O’Neill. “We thank him for his time and for his longstanding commitment to the New York Credit Union Foundation.”

 Rounding out the Foundation Board of Trustees are:  Linda Bourgeois, CEO, UFirst FCU; Kevin A. Brauer, SVP, Members United Bridge Corporate FCU; Alfred Frosolone, CEO, Niagara’s Choice FCU; John C. Gibardi, president/CEO, Entertainment  Industries FCU; Chris Guild, account consultant manager, CUNA Mutual Group; Gerard Herrling, community volunteer; Shirley Jenkins, secretary/Board of Directors, Municipal CU; James L. Mack, business development executive, Sunmark FCU; William J. Mellin, president/CEO, Credit Union Association of New York; Mark Pfisterer, CEO, AmeriCU Credit Union; Christine Peters, CEO, Family First of NY FCU; John Prumo, president/CEO, GPO FCU; Mike Vadala, president/CEO, The Summit FCU; and Robyn Young, CEO, Great Erie FCU.
