NYCUF names new Board Trustees


 (Albany, NY) – The New York Credit Union Foundation, the charitable arm of the Credit Union Association of New York, appointed two new board trustees at its recent annual meeting.

 

Alfred Frosolone, CEO, Niagara’s Choice FCU was appointed to fill a vacant seat and Louis Jimenez, CEO/treasurer, joins the Foundation board as the newly elected chair of the Credit Union Association of New York. Together they will work with seated trustees in establishing policies and overseeing the operation of the Foundation.

 

Rounding out the Foundation Board of Trustees are:  Linda Bourgeois, CEO, UFirst FCU; Kevin A. Brauer, SVP, Alloya Corporate FCU; Brian Clarke, CFO, Bethpage FCU; John C. Gibardi, president/CEO, Entertainment Industries FCU; Chris Guild, account consultant manager, CUNA Mutual Group; Gerard Herrling, principal, CarPort Consulting; Shirley Jenkins, secretary/Board of Directors, Municipal CU; James L. Mack, business development executive, Sunmark FCU; William J. Mellin, president/CEO, Credit Union Association of New York; Vicki O’Neill, president/CEO, ACMG FCU; Mark Pfisterer, president/CEO, AmeriCU Credit Union; Christine Peters, CEO, Family First of NY FCU; John Prumo, president/CEO, GPO FCU; Bruno Sementilli, president/CEO, Quorum FCU; Mike Vadala, president/CEO, The Summit FCU; and Robyn Young, CEO, Great Erie FCU.
