(Albany, NY) –At its December board meeting, the Trustees of the New York Credit Union Foundation elected the following slate of officers:
- Chair, Vicki O’Neill, president/CEO, ACMG FCU, Solvay
- Vice Chair, Bruno Sementilli, president/CEO, Quorum FCU, Purchase
- Secretary/Treasurer, Brian Clarke, CFO, Bethpage FCU, Bethpage
O’Neill is new to the chair position, while both Sementilli and Clarke begin a second year in their respective officer positions.
During the meeting the trustees and staff thanked out going chair Nancy Kasprzak-Whitmore for her year of service. Kasprzak-Whitmore stepped down as chair, but will remain on the board of trustees.
“I have enjoyed my time as chair of this worthy organization,” Kasprzak-Whitmore told the gathering. “I offer a huge ‘thanks’ to my fellow trustees for their support this past year and look forward to the good work we have before us.”
Special thanks also went to outgoing board member, Arthur Field, president/CEO of First Heritage FCU, Painted Post after seven years.
“We value and appreciate the commitment that Art made to the New York Credit Union Foundation. He supported the Foundation personally and professionally for many years,” said the organization’s Executive Director Diane LaVigna-Wixted.
